Beginning Wednesday, May 21, Williston State College will commence public tours of its new Healthcare Training Facility. Every other Wednesday through September 24th, the tours will take place.

Starting at the JE Dunn Office on the southeast corner of the Art Wood Building, tours are set to begin at 4:00 p.m. Before crossing the building site, participants will get safety gear. Group sizes are limited to ten people, excluding the building crew.

WSC President Dr. Bernell Hirning said the new building reflects a larger commitment in area healthcare as well as education. The visits will give the public a chance to see the area as it gets ready to serve the next generations of healthcare professionals and approaches completion.

One must register for a tour by clicking on a link found on the WSC webpage. Should a chosen tour date prove to be full, the system will automatically present the next free date. Through the Office of Marketing and Communications, separate plans are being developed for private or donor-specific visits around the campus.
