Williston, ND - The Planning and Zoning Commission of Williston has announced an open position for a City commissioner, inviting applications from eligible residents within the City limits. Currently composed of 7 members, including 5 from within the city limits and 2 from the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), the Commission plays a vital role in guiding Williston's growth and zoning decisions. The vacant position specifically seeks a committed individual willing to serve a 5-year term, actively participating in monthly planning and zoning meetings.

But, I want to talk about scientists. The super scientists that South Dakota has produced. Here are four that were born in South Dakota. Their work was important to nuclear physics, computer science, and agriculture; and affects us to this day.
