Summer is officially here, and one of Williston's favorite seasonal traditions is ready to return. Summer Nights on Main kicks off tonight, Tuesday, June 30, in downtown Williston with an evening packed full of live music, great food, family activities, and community fun.

If you're wondering why the event is taking place on a Tuesday instead of its usual Thursday night, it's because of where the Fourth of July holiday falls on the calendar this year. Rather than competing with Independence Day festivities, organizers are getting the party started early. After tonight's special kickoff, Summer Nights on Main returns to its regular Thursday evening schedule, running every Thursday through August 27.

The fun takes place in downtown Williston from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., where Main Street transforms into a lively gathering place for people of all ages. Admission is free, making it an easy way for families, friends, and visitors to enjoy a summer evening together.

Each week features a free live concert, along with a variety of food vendors, a beer garden, and kids activities, creating something for everyone to enjoy.
