This year's Band Day, as well as the Williston Tractor Supply, have been added to the list of locations on the state's list of measles exposure sites.

The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services confirmed that infected individuals were at the two locations, and others there may have come into contact with them.

Here are the new locations, dates, and time frames listed on the HHS measles website.

If an exposed individual develops symptoms, they should notify their health care provider/facility before presenting for care to ensure that special arrangements can be made to prevent other patients and medical staff from possible exposure.

Anyone who was present at these locations should take the following precautions:

  • Those who are vaccinated with at least one dose of MMR/MMRV or have presumptive immunity do not need to quarantine but should monitor for symptoms for 21 days after their last exposure.
  • Those who are unvaccinated against measles (no doses of MMR/MMRV) without presumptive immunity are recommended to quarantine (stay home) and to monitor for symptoms for 21 days after their last exposure.
