Williams County, ND (KEYZ) A Tioga man is dead following a crash in rural Williams County Tuesday afternoon.

The crash occurred shortly after 5:00 p.m. at the intersection of 60th St. NW and 129th Ave NW, roughly 4 miles west of Epping.

A Ford pickup driven by a 66-year-old Tioga man was traveling east on 60th St. NW when his vehicle was struck on the driver's side by a Peterbilt semi driven by a 43-year-old man from Choteau, Montana. The Peterbilt, traveling south on 129th Ave NW had failed to yield at the intersection.

The driver of the Ford was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Peterbilt was not injured. The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
