The 2025 Spring Lake Park Holiday Lights Drive calendar is officially here—and it’s shaping up to be one of the brightest, cheeriest events of the season. Whether you’re planning your very first trip or you make this magical drive an annual North Dakota tradition, Spring Lake Park is ready to welcome you with twinkling lights, festive activities, and a brand-new attraction for 2025.

From November 29 through December 31, the park transforms into a glowing wonderland every evening from 5:30–9:30 PM. Visitors can drive through dazzling displays, sip hot cocoa, and enjoy the kind of holiday atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve stepped inside a Christmas card. Admission is simple—$5 cash or $6.65 for electronic payment, available at the gate or online so you can plan ahead.

This year brings something extra special: the all-new Christmas Market inside the Keel Boat. Open Monday–Thursday during the first three weeks of December, the market brings together local artists, creators, and bakers offering North Dakota–made gifts and goodies. If you’re hoping to cross a few people off your shopping list while supporting local makers, this cozy holiday stop has you covered. Browse December 1–4, 8–11, and 15–18 from 5:30–8:30 PM.

The Holiday Lights Drive also features Activity Nights—fun-filled evenings complete with character meet-and-greets, kid-friendly crafts, photo ops, and plenty of seasonal treats. Santa will be there for photos, and so will some extra-special visitors like real reindeer and even unicorns. Families can dress up for themed nights like the Polar Express Pajama Party or show off their most over-the-top outfits during the Snazzy Sweater Celebration.

For an added challenge, don’t miss Elf on the Shelf Bingo, a nightly adventure through December 24. A giant Elf on the Shelf will sneak to a new hiding spot each night. Grab a bingo card at the ticket booth, search for the elf, and mark your find. Complete a row and redeem your winning card at the Williston Visitor Center for a prize from Santa’s helpers.
