The Williston Police Department continues to amaze me. Not only do these officers protect us daily, but they are also constantly looking for ways to make Williston better. Their latest initiative? A fantastic backpack giveaway for local students!

Williston K-8 Students Can Win a Backpack Filled with School Supplies in an Exciting Drawing - Enter by August 1, 2024!

This great event gives K–8 students living and attending school in the City of Williston a chance to win a backpack filled with school supplies. Entries for this generous drawing are being accepted until August 1, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. The much-anticipated drawing will be held on August 2, 2024, with twenty lucky winners being selected!

Williston Police Department Ensures Each Student Gets Exactly What They Need

What makes this event even more special is the personalized touch. Once the winners are chosen, school supplies will be purchased based on each student's school supply list. This thoughtful gesture ensures that each student gets exactly what they need for a successful school year.

It's Easy To Enter

To enter the drawing, parents need to contact Community Engagement Liaison Calli Stellmacher. You can reach Calli by emailing commengagement@ci.williston.nd.us or by texting 701.580.8572. Be sure to include the student's name, a parent's name, a contact phone number, the parent's email address, the age of the student, and the school they attend.
