Leadership-Focused Workforce Development Trainings Coming to Northwest North Dakota

The University of Mary Workforce Development unit and the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce have joined forces to offer a series of leadership-focused workforce development training in Northwest North Dakota this summer. This exciting collaboration aims to enhance the region's professional capabilities and foster personal growth among participants. The training will be held at Williston State College and are open to the public, allowing individuals and organizations to benefit from the program.
The multi-part training series will kick off with a session on Effective Communication. Scheduled for Thursday, June 22nd, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, this session will take place at Steven's Hall, located on the Williston State College campus. It will introduce fundamental communication strategies and provide practical tools to improve communication within organizations.
The training will cover various aspects of effective workplace communication, emphasizing the importance of building strong relationships, both personally and professionally.
