Now that North Dakota has banned the use, sale, and possession of all kratom products, North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley has provided a list take back sites across the state.

North Dakota Kratom Ban Takes Effect Starting Today

State officials say North Dakota is the only state offering free, statewide disposal options through both law enforcement and pharmacies year-round through it's two programs. Since 2009, more than 39 tons of medications have been collected through MedSafe sites, with an additional 7 tons gathered through Take Back locations.

Take back programs:

Take Back (TB) sites are located at local law enforcement agencies across the state, typically open 24 hours a day unless otherwise stated, and take both prescription and over-the-counter drugs. To see the list of drugs accepted, click HERE.

MedSafe (MS) sites are at participating pharmacies, which only take prescription medication and have individual hours of operation.
