Williston FIrst Responders To Host Blood Drive
The inaugural Battle of the Badges Blood Drive pits the Williston Police Department against the Williston Fire Department. Together with Vitalant, the Williston Police Department and Williston Fire Department will hold a fun competition to help spread the word about North Dakota's critically low blood supply. The New Armory will host the Battle of the Badges Blood Drive on February 6 and 7, from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm both days. During the occasion, a tug-of-war match between the Williston Police Department and the Williston Fire Department will take place. Everyone is welcome to enter the contest. There are about 150 slots available each day and every donor will be given one vote for either Team Fire or Team Law.
Call Teresa at 701-609-4110 to make an appointment for the program, or register online at Vitalant.org. Make sure to choose one of the aforementioned dates when signing up to take part in the Battle of the Badges Blood Drive. Also welcome are walk-ins. While supplies last, each donor will receive a complimentary Battle of the Badges t-shirt.
