More Entertainers Are Coming To North Dakota For Norsk Hostfest

The 2023 Norsk Hostfest is still 6 months away, and 3 major announcements have been made concerning performers for this year's event.

Back on March 6th, organizers announced that comedy great, Jay Leno will perform a matinee show on September 29th at 1:00 pm. Get ready for a hilarious afternoon of non-stop laughter with one of the greatest comedians of all time. Don't miss your chance to see Jay Leno live and in person at one of the most exciting festivals of the year! To say I am excited is an understatement!

Daniel O'Donnell

Earlier today, it was announced that Daniel O'Donnell will perform Thursday, September 28th at 1:00 pm in the Great Hall of The Vikings. O'Donnell is another beloved Norsk Høstfest entertainer whom you'll experience a musical journey filled with heart and passion as only O'Donnell can bring. I had the opportunity to interview him before Covid shut everything down. The crowd that gathered to watch us talk loved his accent, and he made sure to shake every hand that was extended.

I was impressed by his warmth and his love for Hostfest. Just so everyone is clear, he's the one with the blue jacket (haha!). Welcome back, Daniel!

Million Dollar Quartet

If that's not enough entertainment, let's kick it up a million! Million Dollar Quartet is a Tony Award-nominated musical that will be performing two shows in the Great Hall of the Vikings on Wednesday, September 27th at 1 pm and 7 pm at Norsk Høstfest. Million Dollar Quartet is set on December 4, 1956, when an extraordinary twist of fate brought Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Elvis Presley together at Sun Records in Memphis for what would be one of the greatest jam sessions ever. Million Dollar Quartet brings that legendary December night to life with an incredible score of rock ‘n’ roll, gospel, R&B, and country hits, performed live onstage by world-class actors and musicians.
