Police say 15-year-old William Reinhardt was reported as a runaway on March 12. Officers say Reinhardt is approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 230 pounds. He has hazel eyes and black hair.
Authorities say he was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie and a white baseball cap.
Anyone with information about Reinhardt’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Williston Police Department at 701-577-1212.
Police also reminded the public that under North Dakota law it is illegal to knowingly harbor a runaway minor who is being sought by law enforcement.

Under state statute 12.1-08.10, harboring a runaway minor with knowledge that the child is being sought by authorities is a Class A misdemeanor offense. Officers say anyone with information about Reinhardt should contact law enforcement immediately.
