There is never a shortage of people in Williston and western North Dakota willing to step up, support a good cause, and have a little fun while doing it. That community spirit will once again be on full display next month as Bingo for Books returns for another exciting evening dedicated to supporting literacy in the region.

Organizers are already building excitement for the event, which is now less than a month away. Bingo for Books is scheduled for June 17, 2026, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Great Northern Events. Tickets are currently available for $50 each and include general admission, one drink ticket, a bingo book, and a dauber for the evening’s games.

Big Prizes, Cash Drawings, And Popular Raffle Return This Year

Those involved say this year’s event is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever. One of the newest additions is the 50/50 Bingo Board, where participants can purchase squares for just $10 each. One lucky winner will walk away with a $375 cash prize.

Of course, the bingo games themselves will feature a wide variety of prizes throughout the night. Organizers say attendees can expect cash prizes, gift cards, donated items from local businesses, and several larger prize packages for winners.

Another popular feature making its return is the raffle, which was a major hit during last year’s event. While organizers are still finalizing raffle details, they encourage guests to come prepared with extra cash for additional chances to win prizes.

Food, Family Fun, And An All-Ages Atmosphere Highlight This Year’s Event

Food and drinks will also be part of the fun. The popular grazing table is returning, and Great Northern Events will have its kitchen open throughout the evening for guests who would like to order additional food. The bar will also be available with both cash and card payment options accepted.

One major change this year is that Bingo for Books is now open to all ages. Organizers are encouraging families, friends, kids, grandparents, and community members of all ages to attend and enjoy the evening together.

In addition to purchasing tickets, local businesses and individuals can also support the event through donations or table sponsorships. Organizers say community support continues to play a major role in helping make the event successful and helping promote literacy efforts throughout the area.
