Law enforcement is near and dear to me. When I started to lay my plans out for what I wanted to pursue as a job, I always leaned toward law enforcement. My Uncle Kevin was a police officer in Elk River Minnesota. Several of my friend's parents were in law enforcement, so I was around it a lot. I just saw a Facebook post from the North Dakota Highway Patrol and said out loud, I wish this was around when I was growing up.
