The Williston Park District and the Williston Boys Baseball Committee are ecstatic to announce that the re-dedication ceremony for the Dakota Park Cal Ripken Complex will take place on Saturday, June 15th, at 11 am. At the same time as our "Badlands Bash" Cal Ripken Baseball Tournament, this event will take place at the complex that is situated at the intersection of 16th Avenue West and 26th Street.

In the course of the event, each of the three fields at the complex will be named after longtime members of the baseball committee and volunteers who have made a significant contribution to our baseball program and the youth community. These three individuals, Floyd Semenko, John Liffrig, and Robert "Bob" Miller, will each have their own field named after them.

These three individuals have dedicated countless hours to ensuring that our community has the financing, promotion, and facilities necessary for an outstanding baseball experience. With nearly 100 years of combined commitment to our youth and community, their contributions are immeasurable. This is a great way to come together, and celebrate each of these men.

Following a brief ceremony, American Legion Post #37 will generously provide brats and burgers for all attendees. The entire community is warmly invited to attend this special event.

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be relocated to the Raymond Family Community Center.

Join in the ceremony as we celebrate the legacy of these remarkable individuals and the enduring spirit of baseball in Williston!
