Calling All Boss Ladies—Williston, North Dakota’s WiL Expo Wants You
If you’ve been looking for the perfect excuse to show off your business, network with amazing women, and maybe even score a free lunch as well! Mark your calendar for September 11th–12th, 2025. The Women in Leadership (WiL) Expo is back, and this year’s theme is all about Building Authenticity & Community.

Hosted at the Grand Williston Hotel & Conference Center in Williston, the event promises to be a hub of energy, ideas, and inspiration. But here’s the best part: organizers are currently on the lookout for women-owned businesses in the Williston area to join the fun as vendors. Whether you sell handmade jewelry, delicious baked goods, trendy boutique items, or something completely unique, this is your chance to share it with an enthusiastic crowd.
Your Booth Comes with Big Perks—Including Free Food!
Booth admission is $175 for chamber members and $200 for general admission, which gets you more than just a space. It’s also your ticket to visibility, networking, and marketing at one of the area’s most well-known women’s events. And yes, free food for all vendors is included (because let’s face it, the way to a vendor’s heart is through a well-stocked buffet).

Bring Your Goods—We’ve Got the Table Covered
Vendors are expected to bring merchandise, a table (up to 8 feet), up to two chairs, and a max of two attendees per booth. Six-foot tables will be provided if you can’t bring your own, so there's no need to strap an eight-footer to the roof of your car unless you really want to.
So, polish your pitch, pack your products, and get ready to mingle with an incredible group of women entrepreneurs. The WiL Expo isn’t just an event. It’s sort of a celebration of women lifting each other up, one booth and event at a time.
