You may have seen these new police cars already on the streets of Williston. The Williston Police Department held a contest for the design of a school resource officer patrol car for the start of the 2022–2023 academic year. The Williston Police Department School Resource Officer Design Contest Winners have been selected, and the designs are great!  Students in the nine schools that make up the Williston Basin School District #7 were given the opportunity to submit their ideas for three police cars. For the elementary patrol car and the middle school patrol car, the Williston Police Department received a number of entries.
Members of the Williston Police Department were shown the designs. In December 2022, the winning entries were selected, and the patrol cars' final wraps and designs were finished. I think they look amazing!

WSRO Cars

The final designs of all three police cars combined aspects from each of their initial concepts. I love how the Coyote logo was incorporated, along with the orange and black. These certainly make a statement, and look great out at our schools.
