Williston’s Main Street Market: A Resounding Success on Opening Day
Did you sleep in on Saturday? Were you out mowing and doing some yard work? Did you run around town taking in all the rummage sales? You may not have known Main Street Market kicked off on July 15, and it was fantastic!
Baked Goods
This local proprietor was selling different breads and baked goods. Her selection was great, and her products were amazing!
This booth was stocked and ready if you enjoy a good caramel roll or some fresh salsa!
A market would not be complete without banana bread. This booth was also selling fry bread.
Cakes/Sweets
There were at least 2 booths set up showcasing cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place to be!
Vegetables
Gardening has been a bit of a challenge this year for some. This local producer has had some luck though...look at the size of those beets!
This crew was happy to be at the Main Street Market on Saturday. They were stocked up, and ready to sell.
Meat
I m not going to lie, I was surprised to see a meat company downtown on Saturday. They were so nice and had a nice selection of products for sale.
Honey
Winnie The Pooh would be happy too, because there was even honey for sale!
The market season spans 12 Saturdays and runs through September 30th. The market opens at 9:00 AM and wraps up at noon, giving you a three-hour window to shop till you drop!
This summer tradition in downtown Williston takes place at Hedderich's Lot. It's a perfect location because it attracts a steady flow of foot traffic, offers plenty of parking, and lots of room for all our area shoppers. Don't miss the Main Street Market every Saturday through September 30th in downtown Williston.
