Roll Up Your Sleeves, Williston North Dakota—Spring Clean Event Returns!

Williston residents are invited to roll up their sleeves and give back to the community during the annual Spring Clean Williston event, a citywide effort to keep the area looking its best after a long North Dakota winter.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with volunteers gathering at the north lot of Williston Public Works, located at 1121 5th Street East. In the event of poor weather, a backup date has been set for Saturday, May 2.

Sign Up, Show Up, and Make a Difference Across Williston

Community members of all ages are encouraged to participate. Individuals, families, and organized groups can sign up in advance to take part in one of 40 designated cleanup zones throughout the city. If you're interested, you can register here ahead of time, and walk-ins are also welcome on the day of the event and will be assigned an area upon arrival.

Volunteer Perks and Flexible Ways to Get Involved

To show appreciation for their efforts, volunteers will receive a variety of perks, including a free event t-shirt (while supplies last), a light breakfast to start the morning, and ice cream provided by CHI St. Alexius Health and Suzy Q’s. Safety gear will also be available to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and responsibly.

Beyond just a single day of service, organizers are offering flexibility for those unable to attend on April 25. Residents can still get involved by participating anytime during the week of April 19 through April 25 by contacting Public Works directly to arrange a cleanup time.
