Three Decades Strong: Williston Firefighters and MDA Keep the Mission Alive
This isn’t just any fundraiser. For over 30 years, the Williston Fire Department has proudly teamed up with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), helping fund vital medical research and support programs for families affected by neuromuscular diseases. The MDA also operates specialized care centers, including right here in North Dakota, providing hope and treatment for countless families.
The best part? This year’s effort proves once again that Williston has a heart as big as its community spirit. Whether it was loose change, crumpled bills, or a generous check, every donation tossed into those boots helps fuel the fight to find a cure.
So, hats off (or helmets off) to the Williston Fire Department and everyone who pitched in. Together, you didn’t just fill the boot—you filled it with kindness, hope, and a whole lot of hometown pride.
