Join The Fun At Williston’s Easter Bunny Event This April
The Easter Bunny is set to be in Williston early Wednesday, April 16, 2025, to drop off eggs for the Community Egg Hunt at the Williston Community Library.
There will be enough eggs for two egg hunts: from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The event is open to all ages; however, if you are looking for a quick way to bolster your at home egg supply, you should still stick to our local stores and producers.
Andrea Placher, Library Director, said, "This year's hunt is going to be even bigger and better." She added that “the mission of any event we host is to promote literacy in our community, our library’s many resources, and of course a love of reading. This event is special because we can join forces with so many community organizations to bring awareness to their missions as well. We are excited to see families coming together, playing outdoors, and having fun!”

Participants who fill up their baskets with eggs can exchange them for a free book. Apart from the egg hunt, guests can play a round of mini golf and meet the Bunny and get pictures thanks to the Williston CVB. Community agencies will be scattered throughout the library with goodies and handouts, and there will also be golden eggs every hour, which can be exchanged for local business gift cards.
