So, Who Has The Best Sandwich In Williston?
With a brand new year in full swing, I thought it might be interesting to take a look at some of the best things Williston has to offer. Now, I love me a good sandwich! Roast beef, bologna, ham and swiss...even a peanut butter sandwich. Who has some of the best sandwich in Williston? According to Yelp, here are top top 5 picks!
Subway
Subway has always been on my go-to list. Their sub sandwiches are good, and the staff at both locations are extremely nice. Even when short-handed, they can crank out a lot of food in a short time. My choices at Subway are the meatball marinara melt, or the chicken & bacon ranch melt on wheat bread.
Williston Brew Company
Williston Brew Company offers a great menu, and an amazing selection of beers. They serve a mean steak, and the gigantic pretzel is always a favorite. One of the most overlooked items on the menu is their french dip. I loved everything about this sandwich. The bread was perfect, and meat was seasoned perfectly, and au jus was the perfect temp.
Smiling Moose Deli
I am not going to lie...I love Smiling Moose Deli. It's casual but fun, and their menu has something for everyone. That said, you can't go wrong with the Mo...the original Mo. It offers chopped steak, melted American cheese and crisp romaine lettuce. They also offer tomatoes, red onion, and banana peppers. It's a great sandwich to get if you're starving. Take my advice, order a cookie too!
Doc Holliday's
This is another one of my favorites. I am glad the restaurant made the list. The buffalo chicken sandwich is amazing. The sauce was just the right amount of spicy, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and the fries were great! You have to try this one when you get a chance!
Pit 105
Lets talk about the FireCall chicken sandwich at Pit 105. OMG. Everything about this sandwich is amazing. The pulled chicken melts in your mouth. The slaw is a nice touch, and it had the perfect amount of jalapeno. Make this your next choice when you're on a sandwich run! If time allows, be sure to have a beer or two as well!
