New research has revealed the states with the most cheaters. USA Symbol's self-reported cheating statistics show the percentage of poll respondents in each state who reported cheating, being cheated on, or both.

North Dakota and Montana Rank High

North Dakota and Montana rank surprisingly high for infidelity curiosity. Both states beat out larger and more densely populated states, raising eyebrows about what might be happening behind closed doors in the Northern Plains. 

Hawaii Takes the Top Spot

According to the study, Hawaii claimed the #1 spot, with 80.56% cheating on their spouse! North Dakota ranks 19th, with 36.11% of people cheating on their spouse. Montana is among the lowest in the nation when it comes to cheating, with a score of 17.65%, landing them in 45th place.

What the Numbers Really Mean

The numbers don't prove that everyone in these places is cheating, but they do show that a lot of people are interested in the idea of having an affair. 

It really makes me wonder why North Dakota ranks fairly high. Could it be the oilfield workforce in Montana and North Dakota? Many people up here work far from their families, and finding singles in this area is as simple as downloading an app. Whatever the reason, we need to do better in North Dakota!
