Attention All North Dakota Fourth Graders: Earn Your Free National Park Pass!
Hey there, parents and teachers! Are you looking for an exciting opportunity for your fourth graders? Look no further because here is something cool for you.
Fourth-grade students across the nation can now get their hands on a FREE national park pass, granting them and their families access to the breathtaking beauty of our national parks, lands, and waters until August 31, 2024.
Here's how it works: students simply need to complete a homework assignment on the "Every Kid Outdoors" website. Teachers, you can easily guide your class through this assignment by visiting the website with them.
Once the assignment is completed, all that's left to do is print off the voucher. Take this voucher to any USDA Forest Service – Dakota Prairie Grasslands office, and voilà! You'll receive your pass. What a great way to see our national parks!
Not sure where to find your nearest office? No worries! A comprehensive list of DPG offices is available on their website.
So, what are you waiting for? Encourage your fourth graders to dive into their homework and earn their park passes today. With this pass in hand, they'll have the perfect excuse to explore the wonders of nature during recess – because let's face it, nothing beats playing in our national parks! Remember, this is for all of our national parks. If you're remotely curious, the National Park Foundation says there are 428 National Parks. Now, you can't see them all in a year, but having this pass would make a summer vacation season one to remember!
