Tiger Meat Raw Sandwiches???
I personally had never heard of this before growing up on the eastern side of the state, but the more I talk to people in the west, I feel like a good share of people have tried this delicacy. Yep, I guess "Raw Meat Sandwiches," is a thing now.
Just in case you didn't know, this is actually raw hamburger. It's especially common this time of year at holiday parties in western North Dakota.
If you live in the state of Wisconsin it's almost mandatory to do this.

Just in case you need a refresher course, here's why health officials say you should avoid this risky activity at your holiday get-togethers this year. It carries significant health risks, such as contracting Salmonella and E. coli. Ground beef should always be cooked to at least 160 degrees.
Now, I know what some of you risk-takers are saying. What about sushi?
How do they get away with it? Well, we've all heard the story about people being filled with worms and other parasites who eat a lot of sushi. Pretty sure, worms would be possible with raw hamburgers. Can you say tapeworms? YUCK! Just sayin', I know somebody who had "pinworms" once, and it was not a fun experience.
