Winter Warning: 5 Laws & Rules North Dakotans Need To Know

Brrr! It's cold. 

It is cold, it is windy, and it is unpleasant. We're now dropping down to those negative temps; we knew it was eventually coming. 

We are used to this kind of weather in North Dakota, but some of us might not be aware that there are several laws and rules we should be following during the winter months.

To help those individuals, I’ve put together a list of the five different things they should do during the winter. Take a look!
