Interesting, right?

North Dakota's Top-Selling Car

In North Dakota, the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is the most popular vehicle. Haven't seen one? ...How? Just kidding. Take a look.

The source says this is for several (obvious) reasons. We have a lot of rural areas, and farming communities, so it is necessary to have a reliable car where you can transport equipment and materials.

That’s not to mention, that we have pretty harsh winters here; you need something that has four-wheel-drive otherwise, you're going to have a hard time getting around in the snow and ice.

It might not be the most gas-efficient vehicle, but trucks, in general, are necessary for many jobs and situations in our state.

Across the board, the Ford F-150, Honda CR-V, and Chevrolet Silverado were the most popular cars. In most cases, the top-selling car makes sense for the weather, and terrain of each state.

Are you surprised by North Dakota's top-selling car? Do you own a Chevy Silverado? Do you want to buy me one? - Just kidding.
