Spectacular Lineup: Guest Bands To Headline Band Day 2024

Band Day 2024 promises a spectacle of student and community marching bands alongside captivating parade entries. Highlighting this year's event are the esteemed guest bands: the electrifying Skol Line, the drumline for the Minnesota Vikings NFL football team, and the return of the esteemed 188th Army Band of the North Dakota Army National Guard.

Steeped in tradition, Band Day traces its roots back to the pre-World War II era, boasting an illustrious 97-year history in Williston. Over the years, the festival has evolved, reflecting the growth and dynamism of the community.

Expect an array of festivities over Band Day weekend, including a 5k Glow Run, concerts in Harmon Park, food and craft vendor booths, stock car races, car and motorcycle shows, the Band Day Mile fun run, and much more. Keep your fingers crossed for nice weather for all this to happen!

Community support is integral to the success of Band Day. Donations, sponsorships, and volunteers are warmly welcomed. Fundraising efforts for Band Day 2024 include the beloved birdhouse silent auction, featuring exquisite handcrafted birdhouses painted by local artists, and the innovative sale of commemorative candy bars, offering tantalizing surprises with each unwrapping.
